01

Identity and scope

These terms apply to consumer contracts with Itronecs B.V., Rechtzaad 15, Unit 116, 4703 RC Roosendaal, the Netherlands. A consumer is an individual acting outside a trade or profession.

02

Offer and product information

We describe products, compatibility, availability and prices with reasonable care. Obvious typing, pricing or technical errors are not binding. Images may be illustrative; the published specification is decisive.

03

Forming the contract

Before ordering, you can review the order and charges. An electronic confirmation follows submission. If supply proves impossible, you will be informed and amounts already received will be refunded.

04

Prices and payment

Consumer prices include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery and additional charges are shown before the final order. Available methods are governed by the Payment and Refund Policy.

05

Delivery

We deliver to the agreed address and communicate known restrictions or delays. A displayed delivery time is an estimate unless expressly agreed as a fixed deadline.

06

Withdrawal and returns

A consumer buying online generally has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. Exceptions and the process are described in the Returns and Withdrawal Policy. This does not limit conformity rights.

07

Conformity, liability and complaints

Goods must meet what was reasonably agreed. Statutory conformity rights are separate from commercial warranties. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights where prohibited by law. Complaints follow the published complaints procedure. Dutch law applies without removing mandatory protection in the consumerโ€™s country of residence.
