Applies to
B2B quotations and business orders

Business pricing and terms may vary by account or quote.

An accepted quote and these terms form the agreement.

Business buyers do not receive an automatic consumer cooling-off period.

01

Business status and authority

These terms apply when the customer acts in a trade or profession. The customer confirms that anyone using its account, accepting a quote or placing an order is authorised to represent the organisation.

02

Verification and quotations

Itronecs may verify company, VAT and credit data before granting business access, invoice payment or account terms. Quotes are valid for the stated period and only for the addressed organisation.

03

Prices, tax and payment

Business prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, currency, credit limits and prepayment requirements follow the account, checkout or quote. Statutory commercial interest and reasonable collection costs may apply to late payment.

04

Availability and delivery

Availability and lead times may depend on distribution partners. A deadline is binding only when expressly agreed in writing. The customer should inspect delivery and report visible discrepancies promptly with order and product details.

05

Ownership, risk and returns

Title remains with Itronecs until relevant amounts are paid, where permitted by law. Risk transfers under the agreed delivery condition. Business orders have no automatic consumer withdrawal right; returns require agreement or a non-conformity remedy.

06

Warranty and RMA

Manufacturer warranty, RMA periods and remedies may differ by product and supplier. The business customer must follow the published RMA process and provide serial numbers, order reference and a reproducible fault description.

07

Liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss and the amount paid for the affected supply or available insurance payment. Indirect loss, lost profit and data loss are excluded except for intent, deliberate recklessness or where limitation is prohibited. Dutch law applies and parties first use the complaints procedure.
