Warranty and RMA Policy

Products purchased from Itronecs

Statutory conformity is separate from manufacturer warranty.

A serial number and clear fault description speed up assessment.

Return a product only after receiving instructions.

01

Statutory conformity

Consumer goods must meet what can reasonably be expected from the contract, description and normal lifespan. The Netherlands does not use one simple fixed legal guarantee period for every product. Statutory rights cannot be reduced by a shorter commercial warranty.

02

Manufacturer and commercial warranty

Additional warranty may be offered by a manufacturer or Itronecs. Duration, scope and process are stated with the product or warranty document and exist in addition to mandatory rights.

03

Requesting an RMA

Provide order or invoice number, product, serial number, purchase date, fault description and relevant photos or test results. After initial assessment, you will receive an RMA reference and instructions where applicable.

04

Packaging and data

Package equipment securely and follow anti-static or transport instructions. Back up and remove personal data and access codes where possible. Itronecs is not responsible for data loss to the extent permitted by law.

05

Assessment and remedy

After receipt, the product or claim is assessed. Depending on statutory rights, warranty terms and availability, the remedy may be repair, replacement, credit, refund or a reasoned rejection.

06

Excluded situations and B2B RMA

Misuse, unauthorised modification, external causes, normal wear or missing identification may fall outside commercial warranty. For business customers, supplier procedures, testing charges and return conditions may vary. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
