Available methods and charges are shown at checkout.

A delivery estimate is not a guarantee unless agreed in writing.

Inspect the parcel and report damage or discrepancies promptly.

01

Destinations and restrictions

Itronecs ships to countries and regions available at checkout. Product, supplier, export, sanctions or carrier restrictions may prevent delivery to certain addresses.

02

Costs and timing

Charges depend on destination, method, size, weight and additional services and are shown before ordering. Estimated timing starts after payment, verification and availability are confirmed. Weekends, customs, carriers and distribution partners may affect timing.

03

Split shipments

Where reasonable, an order may be delivered in parts. Material effects on charges or timing that differ from the order are communicated before dispatch.

04

Address and receipt

The customer must provide a complete and accurate address and an available recipient. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or repeated delivery may be charged where legally permitted.

05

Damage, loss or incorrect delivery

Keep packaging and labels and contact us with order number and photos as soon as damage, loss or an incorrect item is identified. Prompt reporting assists carrier investigation and does not remove statutory rights.

06

Transfer of risk

For consumers, risk generally transfers on receipt by the consumer or nominated third party. For businesses, the agreed delivery condition or Business Terms of Sale apply.
